In an emergency, if you can’t reach James or Katie, please go next door to Katie’s parents for help. If they’re not home, contact James’ parents: Kimberly (503-747-9870) or Michael (503-758-8529). The trash can needs to be set out on Monday night. Please set out only the black trash can. Our recycle bin doesn't need to be taken out every week. If we need you to set out the recycle bin, we will leave a note letting you know.
The mail key will be on the counter. If you don’t mind, please check our mail at least every other day. All mail can be placed on the dining room table.
The two trees in the backyard need to be watered once a week. If it has rained while you’re here, you won’t need to water them.
The washer and dryer are located in the hall bathroom behind the sliding doors. Laundry pods are in the cabinet above the dryer.
Feel free to use anything in the kitchen! Snacks are in the white cabinet to the right of the fridge, and our dry food is in the green pantry to the left.
